Unpledged delagates

The Festival is now 50% complete. We all know that 50% is an important percentage. We are now over half way through the Festival and no clear winner has emerged in the race for Audience Pick Of The Fringe. If you have not yet voted, make sure your vote is counted. Fill out your Pick of The Fringe ballot (make sure you include your name – demographic info would also be helpful, but is not required) so that your vote can be counted.

On the other hand, there was a clear winner at the first annual Fringe Olympics. There was record turnout for the event – pretty easy to attain for a first time event, but we’re still putting it in the press release. The clear winner was the cast of Mortem Capiendum, who proved that drinking at the Fringe Bar Series can, in fact, be profitable. Who knew?

We still have three new shows to open this week. Don’t Make Me Pull This Show Over: Dispatches From the Frontlines of Parenting (aka Don’t Make Me Come Up With a Longer Title), Nearly Nude, and Your Negro Tour Guide open in the next 67 hours. Don’t miss them.

The Fringey-oke is a hit with the performers. I’ve got Les Kurkendaal signed up to host on Thursday and Oatmeal and a Cigarette’s cast on Friday. But who will host on Wednesday?

The Mural Project is coming right along. It’s beautiful. The artists are doing a fantastic job. If you have not seen it. See it.

I gots to go to bed. That’s right, gots. See you Fringe Peoples tomorrow.
